| naughty_aaron | Erotomania's cover | hello, i have downloaded and listened to your mp3...sounded really promising, you are a better guitarist than me, lol...i'll send u an email [...] alright man, my name is aaron. i donwloaded yo erotomania mp3...i can't really give u much advice on it, because u r a better guitarist than me...all i can say to you is that you've got all of the riffs and chords sorted out, and a lot of the technique down...your playing and the timbre of your sound has a liveley character...u just need to get a few notes sorted in the solo as you probably know. i mean it sounds like you've got the technique down, esp for the fast bit of the solo, which is basically all u need . listen, i was wonderin, seein as ur better than me, what advice would u give to a 16 yr old guitarist...i was wonderin how old u were when u started guitar, and what exercises u do now and did back then...did u take lessons, etc, and how u perfect technique... |

I do think your rhythm playing is better than your lead playing, but I do know that the lead is difficult in this song, especially the string-skipping section! |

Maybe add some vibrato or something, so it really sounds like the real thing. The rest is top of the bill! [...] it's not too much for you i think. You've got the technique (it may need a bit of fine-tuning) but you need to build up feeling, but that'll probably come in time.... |
